Our company worked with Sensations Worldwide for a large-scale tradeshow in Atlanta in March 2023. The booth build was due to be completed in 2 days (giving our team 2 days to install and troubleshoot our demo). They completed the build 36 hours behind schedule and with numerous issues. Our team had to work through the night in order to be able to open for the show.
The delay and issues were very frustrating, but the most alarming problem was the lack of ownership and communication once the issues were brought to Sensations Worldwide management. Following multiple emails from me, Sensations Worldwide finally arranged a call to discuss the matter (Almost 3 weeks after the show). On that call, I was asked to allow 2 further days for them to propose a solution. That was over 2 weeks ago, and despite multiple emails from me, the company has decided to ignore the issue and effectively ‘ghost’ our communications.
Booth construction is a significant investment. It's crucial to choose a company that not only delivers quality work but also values their commitments and communicates effectively. This was not our experience with Sensations Worldwide.

Se eu pudesse dar a esta empresa zero estrelas, eu o faria. Levaria muito tempo para explicar o que é um pesadelo Sensations Exhibits, então eu apenas avisaria se você estiver planejando usá-los. Sua execução e atendimento ao cliente não poderiam ter sido mais pouco profissionais. Eles estavam muito atrasados realizando a montagem, eles instalaram o tapete errado, os painéis iluminados eram baratos e pareciam luzes de Natal de uma loja de descontos, 99% dos gráficos não se alinhavam, a estrutura que eles construíam estava faltando laminado criando uma estrutura irregular, eles nunca instalaram nossa sobrecarga de 35' e ainda me cobraram por isso. Se você gostaria de falar sobre isso, eu vou postar meu endereço de e-mail marty@greenclimberna.com para que você não pense que estou inventando isso. Levaria 10 páginas para explicar o pesadelo absoluto que experimentei quando confiei na Sensations Exhibits para instalar meu estande em nossa feira mais importante e mais cara a cada 3 anos. FUJA NÃO ANDE!

Don't work with this company. They charge you extra fee like crazy, like 400USD to print some simple sticker, 500USD to fix sample in the booth (which should be included) that at the end they don't print correctly. Our booth wasn't finished on time, and they were not able to fix our sample in the booth (We have to do it ourselves). When you have an issue, they don't reply to you on the phone anymore. They presented that you are a valuable customer, but that's not true. They just have attractive booth design, for the rest service is poor, and they are not respectful after you paid.

You will only get problems
Clients were consistently upset, and I had bad experiences before and after booth designs.
Please choose a better company for your booth, even if it costs more.
